As a Lead Software Engineer (Junior Manager, Jan 2025–present; previously Supervisor, Nov 2021–Jan 2025), I lead end-to-end delivery across Indopaket’s Android, iOS, Huawei apps and website, steering cross-functional teams from build to production. I designed the database and APIs for a high-impact referral program tailored for Seller Idaman members and lifted app and web performance by optimizing our caching layer with Valkey (Redis). I shipped a Bank Indonesia–standard i.saku payment integration with voucher/discount mechanics, and built a scalable CMS to manage dynamic content across platforms. To raise engineering velocity and integration quality, I established a technical documentation site and an API/Android integration hub. I also partner closely with marketing and operations to turn business needs into clear, testable system requirements and even contributed to Indopaket’s brand mascot to strengthen our visual identity.
I lead cross-functional web teams to deliver scalable internal systems that streamline workflows and boost productivity. I launched indopaket.co.id to strengthen Indopaket’s digital presence and make services easier to access. I mentor interns and junior developers in Laravel, Flutter, and MySQL, enforcing clean code and on-time delivery. I also defined and rolled out a pragmatic SDLC framework that raised engineering standards and accelerated execution across the WebApp team.
I deliver end-to-end solutions that turn operations into measurable outcomes: built a .NET platform to track and analyze employee workload for smarter resource planning; developed a Laravel internal system with real-time dashboards to monitor operations and support manual QA; authored clear technical documentation, led testing, and owned production deployments; and created Excel/VBA macros that streamlined QA workflows in a regulated banking environment reducing manual effort and improving testing reliability.
As a Teaching Assistant, I led and mentored hands-on labs across core computer science courses: Fundamentals of Programming, Algorithms & Data Structures, Web-Based Programming, Database Systems & Design, and Multimedia.
